Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for –
(a) providing legal advice on matters relating to land disposal, land exchange, lease modification, land acquisition and other matters concerning land;
(b) drafting and scrutinising land documents including Conditions of Grant/Exchange/Lease Extension, Modification Letters, Deeds of Surrender, No-objection Letters, Waiver Letters, Short Term Tenancies, Licences and other land documents;
(c) checking and approving title in land resumption and land exchange cases and approving resumption and surrender documents and checking execution of land documents;
(d) processing applications for approval of Deeds of Mutual Covenants and pre-sale consent under the Lands Department Consent Scheme;
(e) providing relief in the provision of legal advisory and conveyancing services; and
(f) performing other duties such as legal research as may be assigned.
職責
獲取錄者須負責：
(a) 就批地、換地、契約修訂、土地徵用的相關事宜及其他與土地相關的事宜提供法律意見;
(b) 草擬和審核土地文件，包括批地／換地／契約續期條件、修訂書、土地交還契據、不反對通知書、豁免書函件、短期租約、牌照和其他土地文件;
(c) 查核和審核收地及換地個案中的業權，批核收地和交還土地文件，以及審查土地文件的簽立情況;
(d) 根據地政總署預售樓花同意方案，處理公契批核書及預售樓花同意書的申請;
(e) 協助提供法律諮詢及田土轉易服務; 以及
(f) 履行其他獲指派的職責（例如法律研究）。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms from date of commencement until 31 December 2027 (about one year). Any extension is subject to mutual agreement and the availability of project funding.
聘用條款
獲取錄者將按非公務員合約條款獲聘任，由上任日期起至2027年12月31日止（為期約一年）。續約與否須視乎雙方協議及有關項目是否繼續獲取撥款而定。
Benefits
Rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, maternity leave or paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted on terms no less favourable than the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.

在適當情況下，受聘人可享有不少於《僱傭條例》規定的休息日、法定假期、年假、分娩假期／侍產假和疾病津貼。
How to apply
(a) Applicants must apply online through the G.F. 340 Online Application System of the Civil Service Bureau ( https://www.csb.gov.hk ) on or before 20 October 2026. Applications which are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by e-mail will NOT be accepted.
(b) Applicants should submit a full curriculum vitae with scanned copies of the required supporting documents: (i) all relevant certificates; (ii) academic transcripts of studies; (iii) certificates of professional qualifications; and (iv) employment proof (e.g. letter of employment and salary proof), via e-mail to
[email protected] within three working days after the closing date for application (i.e. on or before 23 October 2026). The full curriculum vitae should include (i) results in LLB, CPE, PCLL, Law Society Final and Bar Final examinations listing the gradings of the subjects taken; (ii) exact date and place of admission/call; and (iii) employment records with detailed description of duties. The supporting documents should be sent as attachments in the e-mail. The title of the post being applied for and the online application number should be quoted in the subject of the e-mail and on every page of the copies of the supporting documents.
(c) If the required supporting documents are not provided, insufficient or are submitted after the deadline specified in item (b) above, such applications may NOT be considered.
(d) Candidates should provide an accurate e-mail address in their applications and ensure that their e-mail accounts can receive incoming e-mails properly. Candidates are responsible for checking their e-mails to ensure that the invitations or notifications will be duly received. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation by e-mail in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for application, but this timing is subject to change without prior notification to applicants. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

[email protected]。詳盡履歷應包括下列資料： (i) 法學士、法律專業共同試、法律專業證書考試、律師會和大律師公會檢定資格最後考試的成績，當中須列出各報考科目的成績級別； (ii) 取得律師／大律師資格的確實日期和地點；以及 (iii) 就業記錄及職責詳情。證明文件須以附件形式夾附在電郵中，電郵標題及各證明文件副本的每一頁上須註明申請的職位名稱及網上申請編號。
(c) 沒有提交所需證明文件、或所遞交的證明文件不足、或所需證明文件是在上述項目(b)所列的指定日期之後才遞交的申請或不獲受理。
(d) 申請人須於申請書上提供正確的電郵地址和確保電郵戶口能正常地接收郵件。申請人有責任查閱電郵，以確保邀請信或通知信妥為收悉。申請人如獲邀參加面試，通常會在截止申請日期後約六至八個星期內接獲電郵通知，然而該期限或會更改而不另行通知。如申請人未獲邀參加面試，則可視作經已落選。
