Duties
(a) To engage with enterprises in the artificial intelligence and robotics industry with potential to land and/or expand in Hong Kong through understanding the enterprises’ background and needs, introducing relevant initiatives and measures, and following up on funding applications and landing;
(b) To provide secretariat support for meetings and engagement exercises with I&T enterprises, industry players and stakeholders;
(c) To liaise with Government bureaux / departments, other quangos and stakeholders on facilitating the landing / expansion of strategic enterprises in Hong Kong;
(d) To provide liaison and logistical support for duty visits and promotional events under the context of promoting new industrialisation and facilitating enterprises; and
(e) To undertake any other duties as assigned by seniors.
職責
(a) 聯繫具有潛力在香港落戶及／或擴展業務的人工智能與機械人企業，並透過了解企業背景與需求，介紹相關的政策和措施，以及跟進資助申請和企業落戶事宜；
(b) 為與業界人士及其他持份者進行的會議和聯繫提供秘書支援；
(c) 就扶植策略性企業在香港落戶及／或擴展業務的事宜，與政府決策局／部門、其他半官方機構和持份者聯絡；
(d) 為推動新型工業化及扶植企業而進行的職務訪問與宣傳活動提供聯絡與後勤支援；以及
(e) 執行其他獲委派的職務。
Terms of appointment
Successful candidate will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of 18 months.
聘用條款
獲取錄的申請人將會按非公務員合約條款聘用，合約期為18個月。
Benefits
(a) An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. The amount of gratuity, when added to the Government’s contribution to the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme, in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
(b) Appointee will be eligible for 14 days of paid annual leave. Other benefits, such as rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
福利
(a) 如受聘人在合約期內工作表現和行為良好，則在合約圓滿結束後可獲約滿酬金。該筆酬金，連同政府按照《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款，會相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。
(b) 受聘人可享有14天有薪年假。受聘人亦可享有《僱傭條例》規定而又適用的其他福利，例如休息日、法定假日（或代替假日）、產假／侍產假和疾病津貼。

(b) copies of all relevant certificates / transcripts of academic and professional qualifications; and
(c) copies of employment records / testimonials.
If application forms (G.F.340) are incomplete or submitted in person, by post, by fax or by email, or the applicants fail to submit the required documents to the designated email account, the applications will not be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for application. Those who are not invited for interview may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.
